Wendy’s career began when she was working on her doctorate in sociology and social psychology at Duke University and was recruited to direct a game-changing research project for the Center for Organizational Research and Evaluation Studies at Texas Christian University. Her work there led to publications in industry journals and an invitation to present her research at the United States Senate.
