A Personal Note To Non-Profit Leaders From Our CEO
During my four decades of service in the non-profit arena, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a volunteer, board member, President, faculty member, event coordinator and fund raising event producer…
I’ve chaired countless committees for dozens of charitable organizations and facilitated hour upon hour of board meetings…
I’ve had the extreme honor of serving as a consultant, trainer and keynote speaker for extraordinary non-profit warriors who fight tirelessly every day to raise funds and awareness for their cause…
And through it all, I’ve developed a profound respect for the volunteers and leaders who make it all happen.
The TRUTH About Charitable Organizations
There is never enough money to do everything you want to get done.
No matter how many volunteers you’ve got, you always need more.
You can never have enough donors, which means your greatest supporters are always at risk for burnout.
There are always people who think they can do it better and who are more than happy to tell you so. Typically those people are on your board.
No matter what – you keep going. Because more than anything else, your impact matters – to you and all the lives you touch.
If you’d like to have a conversation to discuss how we might partner together to achieve your goals this year, please contact me personally. Together our impact will be far greater than any we can make alone.
With great respect,
Wendy Lipton-Dibner, M.A.
