Ronald N. Vance, JD graduated from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, in Sacramento, California. After receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1980, he was admitted to the California State Bar and was also admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1981. He has practiced business and securities law since 1981.
Ron is licensed in the States of Utah and California. He has owned a small boutique law firm focused on startup and smaller reporting companies, and has been a partner in other firms, assisting clients with entity selection, compliance, transactional, and fund- raising activities.
Ron is highly regarded in his field and has built lasting relationships with clients and corporate professionals alike, including funding, accounting, and auditing professionals.
